About STITCH BOND FABRIC

Bibaft’s Stitchbond Nonwoven technology is a process that pierces through flexible substrates in the form of nonwovens with a series of pointed needles positioned adjacent to each other. These needles then stitch either a simple or complex network of nonwoven fabrics into the substrates to form nonwoven hybrids for a broad array of applications. The stitching either strengthens or reinforces Nonwovens, or brings an extensive number of alternative properties to the resulting composites.

Feature: A key feature of this line is the increased longitudinal strength, which extends the product’s lifespan.

Production Weight: 30 to 250 grams per square meter.

Final Width: 100 cm.

Industries: Apparel, building insulation.

Usable Fibers: Polyester fibers, bi-component fibers.

Industries: Apparel, Bedding products, industrial filters (air filters, paint booth filters, masks, vacuum cleaners, range hoods).
