About MELT BLOWN FABRIC

Melt blown fabric is produced by a conventional fabrication process of micro- and nano fibers where a polypropylene Granule melt is extruded through small nozzles surrounded by high speed blowing Air. Due to its production structure, meltblown fabrics offer excellent features and capabilities in various stages of filtration.

Feature: Capable of filtering various particles with different efficiencies under diverse environmental conditions.

Production Weight: 12 to 150 grams per square meter.

Final Width: 75 cm.

Usable Granules: Polypropylene granules.

Industries: Filtration, air handling unit filters, clean rooms in hospitals, mask filters, and oil absorbent pads for oceans and open seas.
