New Products

Since the nonwoven industry is constantly evolving and diversifying, Bibaf Co. continuously strives to update its production lines and manufacture products using the latest technology

DOUBLE PERFORATED INTERLINING FABRIC

This interlining, processed with die-cut holes on the final product, is primarily used in the waistbands of men’s trousers. The die-cut product is available in white, gray, and black, featuring two types of adhesives: polyamide adhesive, suitable for dry cleaning, and polyethylene adhesive, available in both dot and flat forms. Feature: The advantage of using adhesive-backed punched interlining is that it simplifies and speeds up the sewing process for trouser waistbands. Production Weight: 35 to 100 grams per square meter. Final Width: 6 cm. Industries: Apparel.

POCKET FILTERS

Bibaft pocket filters are also known as pocket air filters or pocket bag filters which are mainly found in HVAC systems for Hospitals, clean rooms, food & beverage plants, electronic industry, Petrochemical plants and various industrial sites. Bibaft provides M5, M6, F7, F8 and F9 pocket filters with different sizes, so you can choose the suitable product dimension to match with your system and dust collection task. All of our pocket filters are designed with depth-loading pocket and synthetic nonwoven media to offer an exceptional dust holding capacity and efficiency. Feature: The primary goal of producing and designing these pocket

MELT BLOWN FABRIC

Melt blown fabric is produced by a conventional fabrication process of micro- and nano fibers where a polypropylene Granule melt is extruded through small nozzles surrounded by high speed blowing Air. Due to its production structure, meltblown fabrics offer excellent features and capabilities in various stages of filtration. Feature: Capable of filtering various particles with different efficiencies under diverse environmental conditions. Production Weight: 12 to 150 grams per square meter. Final Width: 75 cm. Usable Granules: Polypropylene granules. Industries: Filtration, air handling unit filters, clean rooms in hospitals, mask filters, and oil absorbent pads for oceans and open seas.

NET REINFORCED NONWOVEN FABRIC

Bibaft’s net reinforced nonwoven fabrics have a briliant dimensional stability and regularity as well as high mechanical resistance. These flexible fabrics are produced with weights and meshes suitable for car, paint and industrial filters. Their specific geometry creats a tear resistant supporty for the filter therefore resulting in a better life span for the filter and creating a healthy clean enviroment. Feature: Absorption of the smallest airborne particles. Production Weight: 300 to 550 grams per square meter. Final Width: 100 cm. Industries: Automotive industry.
